We make selective introductions between institutional allocators and top tier structured finance fund managers.
We connect originators and investors in private asset based finance transactions. We act as a regulated introducer — not as an advisor.
We provide introductions only. We do not offer investment advice, arrange transactions, or act as an agent for either party beyond the introduction itself. Both parties are expected to conduct their own due diligence and engage appropriate legal and financial counsel.
Approach
That number is not a capacity constraint — it is a quality standard. Every introduction we make carries our name and our relationship with both parties. We will only make an introduction if we are close to both sides, confident in the fit, and certain we are not wasting anyone's time.
We do not take on mandates we cannot fulfil. We do not make introductions to people we do not know well. And we do not confuse activity with value.
